Making new friends with a quilters group in The Hague was really inspiring and this quilt is the result of that. The quilt - 9 panels- is based on a pattern by Wendy Hill in the Magazine Quiltmania, issue 73, and the fabrics were gathered from in and around the city.
Well, back to the needle, a few more stitches to go and the binding will be on Coming Full Circle!
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping
Past the minutes on it's face
And the world is like an apple
Whirling silently in space
Like the circles that you find
In the windmills of your mind
Cheers, Hilde
